Job Description As part of our maintenance team for the production site in Düdingen/FR, we are looking for an Automation Electrician Maintenance (m/w) as of 01. February 2026: The following exciting tasks await you: Carrying out maintenance work on complex production systems and equipment Structured troubleshooting on systems and electrical devices Preventive maintenance work and technical optimizations (TPM, OEE) Ensuring the requirements of the Electrical Safety Concept in the responsible area Installation and commissioning of systems with internal and external partners Definition and procurement of electrical spare parts and working materials Participation in expansion and optimization projects Qualifications Completed training as an automation electrician, electrician, or equivalent training Experience in the maintenance of industrial plants is an advantage Good knowledge of drive and control technology/SPS (Simatic S7, TIA-Portal) Authorization according to Art. 13 NIV or fulfillment of the requirements is an advantage Willingness for standby duty and special deployments Environmentally conscious and safety-relevant behavior Self-initiative and a self-dependent and goal-oriented way of working Additional Information Sika is a kind of "global SME": locally anchored in over 102 countries, at home all over the world.
