Check-in and check-out of hotel guests

Creating and managing the guest file in "Protel"

Handling all administrative tasks at the front office

Ensuring smooth operation of the early and late shifts within the team

Sales and acceptance of room reservations

? YOUR PROFILE

Front office professional with completed vocational training

Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language is an advantage

Experience with hotel software PROTEL is an advantage

Team player, responsible and flexible

Neat appearance and professional manners
