To strengthen our team, we are looking for a person who tackles tasks with passion, manual skill, and joy in timber construction and implements unique projects together with us. Carpenter Foreman 100% This is your field of activity: • You support WRZ Holzbau GmbH in execution and report directly to the project manager • You take care of a varied range of tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility (general carpentry work in new construction and renovation areas) • You relieve the project management by being on-site in direct exchange with the client (receiving plans, demonstrating execution possibilities) • You lead the construction site team on-site and assign the work, are responsible for the quality of execution, and make decisions in coordination with the managing director and project manager • You complete the office and administrative work arising for your area What you bring with you: • Completed vocational training EFZ with further training as a Carpenter Foreman/Polier (or motivation to start this soon) and at least 5 years of professional experience • Enthusiasm for new builds and renovations: From single-family houses to public buildings such as schools and kindergartens.
