Your tasks with the new employer: • As a dipl. nursing specialist and born night owl, you take over the professionally competent care and control of the care process on one of three departments. • While the others sleep, you bear professional responsibility on your department, keep an overview, and react absolutely sovereignly even in complex situations. • Very rarely - but if so, then properly - you are on call for the adjacent senior apartments as a certified specialist in the event of an emergency. • You ensure a seamless, clean handover so that the day shift can start relaxed. You offer your new employer: • A completed education as a dipl. nursing specialist (HF, FH, DN II, AKP) or corresponding SRK recognition. • You already bring the necessary equipment for the certified night shift in long-term care - you only flourish when it's dark outside. • You are used to bearing professional responsibility in the night independently and conscientiously. • You are a team player with a cool head, high professional competence, and a pronounced sense of responsibility.
