With its location in Biel/Bienne, toumi ag has been successfully active in the field of building contaminant diagnostics and contaminated sites throughout Switzerland for over 10 years. We process projects in all topics related to building contaminants and accompany our customers from planning to realization. For the further development of the company and to strengthen our team, we are filling the following position: Project Manager Building Contaminant Diagnostics 80-100% (w/m/d) For the further development of the diagnostics department, you will be one of our contact persons in the future in the areas of technical coordination as well as initial consultation for designing engineers, architects, and clients, the independent processing, planning, and execution of building contaminant investigations, and the tendering of building contaminant remediations. Your tasks also include the management, coordination, and processing of specialist construction supervision during building contaminant remediations. The quality control of the performed work, participation in meetings, the creation of measurement concepts for various indoor air measurements, and the control of the disposal routes of the relevant construction waste constitute the other fields of activity. For this, you should bring the following requirements: • Technical training or university degree as an architect, draftsman, construction technician, earth scientist, geologist, or environmental engineer with several years of professional experience • Completed training as a building contaminant diagnostician • Experience in the field of specialist construction supervision and building contaminant remediations • Interest in complex, interdisciplinary issues • Interest and motivation in the expansion of the field of activity • Team-oriented and structured working style • Knowledge in handling specialist IT tools • Proficient written and oral communication in German and French (other languages as a plus) toumi ag offers you a demanding and varied activity, interesting opportunities for interdisciplinary cooperation in often long-term and especially technically exciting projects.
