Currently, I welcome 135 residents and more than 200 collaborators. We are recruiting: Assistant socio-educative (ASE) You recognize yourself in the following profile: You hold a CFC as an Assistant socio-educative (ASE), have at least 3 years of professional experience, and are committed to contributing to the well-being of residents. You show creativity and initiative to organize and lead activities that enhance our pensioners. You like to work in a team and adapt to the needs of each person, whether residents or colleagues. You have a marked interest in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics, and human relationships, and are willing to invest in a multidisciplinary environment. You have a driver's license. You want to: Participate in the implementation of social and cultural activities for residents. Contribute to the animation of individual, collective, and institutional activities in line with the projects defined by the animation team. Support residents in maintaining their autonomy and abilities, taking into account their needs and desires. Collaborate with the different sectors of the establishment and actively participate in the projects of the service.
