Production and Maintenance Technician (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Production and Maintenance Technician (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will ensure the proper functioning of automated production means in order to guarantee the continuity of operations. • You will operate the production machines autonomously and ensure compliance with the production plan. • You will perform the loading of raw materials and components necessary for manufacturing. • You will carry out preventive maintenance and first-level troubleshooting on production equipment. • You will ensure the monitoring of quality controls and rigorously complete the production documentation. • You will participate in the supply of consumables and spare parts via the ERP system. • You will provide technical support to the production teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects. • You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and 5S standards, while reporting any identified anomaly or risk. Your profile: • You hold a CFC Automated Machine Operator or training deemed equivalent. • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial production and maintenance on automated machines. • You master common IT tools (MS Office, ERP) and are comfortable with human-machine interfaces (HMI). • Ideally, you hold art. 15 according to OIBT. • Knowledge of robotics is a real asset. • You perfectly master French, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of English is required, Italian being a plus. • You enjoy teamwork, demonstrate rigor, autonomy and are oriented towards continuous improvement. • You are willing to work in shift patterns (2x8).
