What you achieve You care for and look after our pediatric orthopedic and adult patients together with apprentices and students on the training ward. • You accompany the apprentices and students during their assignment. • You carry out the nursing process (incl. performance recording of material and nursing), supported by the clinical information system KISIM, and commit yourself to the continuous optimization of nursing processes. • As a member of the extended management team, you support and advise the department management on questions of vocational training. • In addition, you are co-responsible for the success of the department and commit yourself to the continuous optimization of nursing standards.
