MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The position will be in the evening shift and with one week of night shifts every 5 to 6 weeks. The Technician position consists of providing technical assistance in the areas of production, operations, maintenance, safety, and testing activities. This function involves working on electronic and mechanical systems, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance operations in order to guarantee optimal performance as well as the reliability of the equipment. The job holder must be able to interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, diagrams, and written instructions, and apply established procedures for data analysis and problem-solving. Main responsibilities ### • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production lines and industrial equipment. • Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and replace defective components. • Perform troubleshooting operations using standard electronic tools and technical documentation (plans, schematics, manuals, and specifications). • Keep maintenance records and intervention reports up to date in an accurate and rigorous manner. • Use a variety of manual and electrical tools and testing equipment to perform repairs and maintenance operations. • Collect, compile, and process technical data by applying established formulas and procedures. • Perform detailed technical calculations to support analysis and maintenance activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing process optimizations (depending on the level of experience).
