TASKS: • Leading function in drafter training • Team leadership modeler and drafter pool • Leading role in model-based planning of complex projects – from idea to implementation. • Development and control of innovative BIM models and processes for demanding clients. • Structural planning for wood, steel, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete and hybrid construction methods. REQUIREMENTS: • Training as a drafter in engineering construction EFZ or comparable qualification. • Experience in structural planning and modeling of demanding high-rise or engineering construction projects. • Familiarity with CAD and BIM tools (e.g. Revit, Allplan) as well as understanding of digital planning processes. • Innovative spirit and entrepreneurial thinking. • High communication and leadership skills
