Home Care Nurse (M/F) Structure and contract: Major player in home care intervening in the cantons of Genève and Vaud; Structure giving particular importance to the quality of care, proximity, and personalized support for beneficiaries; Home interventions in a defined geographical sector, by car, bicycle, or on foot depending on the zones; Variable hours: morning, day, evening, split shifts, weekends depending on needs; Depending on your availability and field needs, we also offer: regular missions with an activity rate of up to 80 % short-term replacements one-off interventions at short notice temporary missions from a few hours to several weeks Your profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in nursing care; Ideally, you have a first successful experience in home care; You possess good knowledge of the Genève and/or Vaud care network, a real asset; You are organized, autonomous, flexible, and possess an excellent sense of adaptation; You are comfortable with IT tools and care documentation; You have a personal vehicle or are mobile within your intervention sector; You are capable of managing emergency situations and unforeseen events autonomously; You demonstrate discretion, empathy, and great interpersonal skills; Your criminal record is clean; You are looking for both a regular activity and an opportunity for one-off missions depending on your availability. Your mission: Ensure individualized and high-quality care for beneficiaries at home; Perform nursing care autonomously in compliance with good professional practices; Ensure the traceability of care and transmit essential information for the continuity of care; Evaluate the needs of beneficiaries and participate in the development as well as the adaptation of the care plan; Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders and partners of the care network; Contribute to maintaining people at home and preserving the autonomy of beneficiaries; Intervene within the framework of regular rounds, planned replacements, or urgent missions depending on field needs.
