Zollikofen (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Lead the team of 9 employees from a technical, organizational, and personnel perspective and promote the continuous development of their skills • Guarantee the safe, profitable, and uninterrupted operation of the telecommunications traffic surveillance processing system (SCPT) and its continuous development in the operational phase • Negotiate contracts with internal and external suppliers and ensure their compliance • Direct changes, tests, and releases with a view to continuous improvement • Analyze and integrate new technologies and the strategic development of systems <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent • Several years of managerial experience and strong leadership skills • Proven experience in the ICT field, particularly in systems management and telecommunications • Experience with agile methods and in dealing with various stakeholders • Analytical and interdisciplinary approach and willingness to constantly update oneself on technological and legal developments • Good active knowledge of two official languages and excellent knowledge of English <br /> In summary In recent years, the SCPT has been completely renewed, largely based on internal developments. The job holder will be responsible for all applications of the SCPT service, will lead product teams operating agilely and, thanks to their managerial skills and specialist knowledge, will contribute to the technological future of telecommunications traffic surveillance in Switzerland. It is not bound by instructions and is aggregated to the Federal Department of Justice and Police (DFGP) only on an administrative level. The SCPT Service is responsible for the application, in compliance with the law and the rule of law, of the surveillance of postal correspondence and telecommunications traffic for the attention of the Federal Intelligence Service and the criminal authorities, as well as for the protection of the fundamental right to privacy of the population.
