With around 23,000-30,000 inhabitants, Kreuzlingen is the largest Swiss city on Lake Constance. The city administration, with around 300 employees, ensures that the inhabitants receive first-class service and feel at home here. We are looking for the Social Insurance department for a Social Insurance Clerk 60-% - 70-% ## The department is a sub-division of the Social Services department and the link between the city and the Swiss social insurances. The employees inform and advise customers regarding social insurance benefits and individual premium reductions. Your responsibility: • Telephone and personal consultation at the counter for applicants and their representatives regarding social insurances • Receipt and examination of applications for supplementary benefits • Examination of applications for individual premium reductions and re-assessments • Examination of health insurance coverage (health insurance control office) • Processing the list of delinquent premium payers (case management) Your profile: • Commercial basic training with professional experience, preferably in an administrative environment • Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system • Very good oral and written communication skills • High customer orientation, teamwork skills, and independent way of working Your chance: A self-reliant and varied activity in an exciting working environment.
