To strengthen our team in the Production Support department, we are looking for a dedicated Teamleader AVOR & Produktionslogistik (a), 100%.   Your tasks • Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a team in the area of AVOR and production logistics • Ensuring timely material availability for production • Responsibility for efficient order preparation and administrative production support • Ensuring a smooth material flow along the production processes • Optimizing processes in the areas of material management, production logistics, and work preparation • Responsibility for data quality and relevant processes in SAP • Close cooperation with production, supply chain, logistics, quality assurance, and other interfaces • Leadership and participation in cross-departmental improvement and digitalization projects • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with GMP and HSE requirements • Supporting an efficient and scalable production organization   Your profile • Completed degree in natural sciences, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in a production, supply chain, or logistics environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry • First or several years of leadership experience in an operational environment • Experience in production planning, work preparation, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage • Good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems • Interest in process optimization, operational excellence, and digitalization • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working method • Very good German and English language skills   Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities • Option to take additional vacation days with reduced working hours • Company-internal kindergarten on the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% assumption of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility of over-obligatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Various free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Do you want to drive innovations forward with us?
