To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Refining Employee (m/f/d) 100% in 3-shift operation Your main tasks: You operate, monitor, and supervise various refining plants You produce according to specifications from ERP orders, method regulations, and work instructions You monitor and document process parameters as well as production processes You perform quality and process controls according to specifications You support cleaning, product changes, and plant reconfigurations You report malfunctions, deviations, and suggestions for improvement You consistently comply with GMP, QM, safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines You work in 3-shift operation with occasional seasonal weekend assignments What you bring with you: Completed technical or food technology vocational training (EFZ), e.g., food technologist, meat specialist, baker/confectioner, plant operator, chemical or pharmaceutical technologist, or a comparable training Experience in a production facility in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage Good technical understanding as well as quick comprehension Experience in handling process control systems Forklift license is an advantage Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and strong communication skills Good German language skills in speaking and writing Your advantages with us Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits Modern production facilities and an innovative working environment Free parking spaces Free fruit, water, and coffee Let's shape the future together Do you feel addressed?
