The proposed missions can be in split hours, continuous or a minimum of 4 hours to 14 hours per day. You perform nursing care and accompaniment for a population of adults in a situation of multiple disabilities within specialized institutions (intellectual deficiency, autism, psychiatric disorders and/or brain damage). Activity rate varying between 50% and 100%. EXPECTED PROFILE You have a successful experience of at least one year as a nursing assistant in the field of multiple disabilities. Patient care and well-being are at the heart of your concerns. Of a calm nature, you have the ability to cope with difficult and/or crisis situations. You enjoy team work and possess excellent relational skills. Available during the day and/or at night, in split hours, on weekends and holidays, you are a very flexible and organized person.
