Outbound Coordinator - Logistics Employee 100% in Belp Your tasks Process responsibility for the outbound processes Deputizing for the Inbound Coordinator during their absence Active participation in goods receipt Goods outbound: handover of goods and papers for special transports and freight forwarding Ensuring the smooth and timely flow of goods in the ERP system (SAP) Checking the freight documents as well as the goods for transport damage Picking, booking (scanning), packaging and shipping of customer orders in compliance with customer-specific requirements Participating in the processing of the permanent inventory Your profile You have completed training as a Logistiker/in EFZ, bring at least five years of professional experience and are interested in medical technology. Further training in the field of logistics is an advantage. You have a strong understanding of process design, process optimization and process coordination and actively drive improvements. Ideally, you have user knowledge in SAP (MM and ERP) as well as confident handling of common MS-Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Word. You work in a structured, precise and responsible manner.
