Within a dynamic and international environment, you will be in charge of several projects simultaneously and ensure their management from start to finish, in collaboration with the different internal teams and clients. Project Manager (M/F) Your missions: • Ensure the monitoring and coordination of several projects simultaneously. • Define priorities, develop schedules, and ensure monitoring of project progress. • Coordinate exchanges between the various stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration. • Ensure respect for deadlines, quality of deliverables, and set objectives. • Identify risks, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and propose adapted solutions. • Lead progress meetings, prepare progress points, and ensure regular reporting. • Accompany users and clients throughout the different stages of the projects. • Participate in the continuous improvement of project management methods and processes. Your profile • You have proven experience in IT project management. • You have already worked on deployment, integration, or transformation projects for solutions. • You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate different stakeholders. • Experience in the banking, financial, or regulated sector is a significant asset. • You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills. • You master English in a professional context; knowledge of French is a plus. • A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is appreciated.
