Your role You will join a human-sized team and progressively take responsibility for a client portfolio, mainly composed of SMEs on the Swiss and international market, independent entrepreneurs, and agricultural estates. Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of our clients' accounting; Prepare and carry out interim and annual closings; Prepare VAT returns; Participate in the preparation of tax returns for legal entities and natural persons; Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of mandates; Prepare reporting, budgets, and management tools; Participate in exchanges and meetings with clients; Identify their needs and contribute to providing them with concrete solutions; Actively participate in the digitalization and continuous improvement of our processes. The objective: to allow you to progressively gain autonomy and develop a true understanding of our clients' challenges. Your profile Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fiduciary; Or a first significant experience with training in progress in accounting, finance, or fiduciary; Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and VAT; An interest in taxation and business management; A good command of digital tools. Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; Proficiency in German and/or English, as well as any other language, is an asset. Your mindset matters as much as your CV. You are curious, autonomous, rigorous, and enjoy contact with clients. You want to understand their activity rather than simply processing their figures.
