Your tasks • Ensuring intensive nursing care, monitoring, and treatment of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. • Coordination and active shaping of complex nursing processes in close coordination with the treatment team. • Documentation of nursing measures according to the highest quality standards. • Empathic and professional communication with patients as well as their relatives in exceptional situations. • Fast and professional reaction to changing health conditions and acute nursing situations. Qualifications Your profile • A well-founded education as an expert in intensive care NDS/HF or an equivalent foreign qualification. • A present SRK recognition or the demonstrably started recognition process for foreign diplomas. • High degree of specialist knowledge, professionalism, and empathy. • Resilience and the ability to keep a cool head in a dynamic environment. • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form to ensure seamless communication and care.
