Hinwil (and Homeoffice) \| 80-80% This is what you can contribute • Advise and support line managers in all HR processes from recruitment to departure • Be available as a sparring partner for line managers at all times in cases of prolonged, illness-related absences of employees, in personnel law matters, and in leadership issues • Actively support change projects and support managers in matters of cultural change, personnel impact, and measures in organizational development • Prepare personnel data and information for superior HR controlling and provide technical answers to inquiries from employees forwarded by the HR Service Center • Ensure the implementation of our personnel policy and strategy and guarantee a smooth HRM business process for the benefit of the stakeholder groups (line, employees, specialist management, HR Service Center, etc.) <br /> What makes you unique • Completed commercial basic training EFZ and further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate of expertise and several years of experience • Pronounced conceptual skills with a strong service-oriented mindset, combined with implementation strength and networked as well as analytical thinking • Open, loyal personality with a strength in the pragmatic implementation of topics and a pleasure in visionary and strategic thinking • Good SAP HR knowledge • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language is an advantage <br /> In a nutshell As an experienced HR specialist, you will competently support our managers from recruitment to departure and will pragmatically tackle both strategic organizational development and data-based HR controlling.
