Clerk Central Services The Evangelisch-reformierte Kirchgemeinde Köniz comprises five church districts, counts around 14‘000 church members, receives support from numerous volunteers, and employs approximately 100 part-time and full-time employees. The central church administration is located in modernly furnished premises in Liebefeld (Köniz). It is led by a Managing Director and includes the specialist areas of Finance, Infrastructure, Personnel, and Central Services. To complement the small administration team, we are looking for an open-minded, committed personality interested in gaining insight into the entire process organization as a Clerk (40 – 100 %) – job-sharing also possible starting on 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. Your tasks You assist in the fulfillment of all tasks of the Central Services. You organize meetings, write protocols, and prepare official decisions. You perform public services, maintain the church community's own website, act as an IT superuser, update directories and other information sources, and manage the file storage as well as the archive. Your profile You have a commercial basic education and administrative experience. Ideally, you possess the professional certificate as a bernische Gemeindefachperson or are interested in obtaining it. Your organizational talent, your flair for IT and administrative matters, your sensitivity towards people, and your reliability enable you to make a significant contribution to a good business card for the church community.
