The five-member Board of Trustees directs the future of the Stiftung Orte zum Leben within the committee and together with the management. As a result of our succession planning, we are looking for Two members for the Board of Trustees - Finance and real estate Your tasks: Profile Board Member 1 – Expert in «Finance» Practical experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling Higher education and training in finance and accounting as well as controlling Profile Board Member 2 – Expert in «Construction» Practical experience in the planning and realization of larger and complex construction projects Higher education and training in construction Your profile: Requirements for the two profiles Foundation mandate: You direct the management in the sense of the foundation mandate and ensure the legal and ethical standards Strategic further development of the foundation: You help develop future-oriented strategies that sustainably shape and support the foundation Representation: You represent the foundation externally and build partnerships Experience in strategic and/or operational leadership Sense of responsibility: High degree of integrity, sense of responsibility and reliability Commitment: Willingness to contribute actively and flexibly in terms of time to the foundation work (approx. six evening meetings as well as two strategy days) Teamwork skills: Ability for constructive cooperation within the committee Communication skills: Clear and open communication, even in difficult situations We offer you: A meaningful activity and the opportunity to help shape a significant social task An inspiring committee: You are part of a committed and motivated committee that not only enables changes but also lives them Compensation: As a member of the Board of Trustees, you will receive appropriate compensation in accordance with the cantonal guidelines.
