Support our innovative company in the sustainable development and production of our devices and services as a: Technical Service Assistant (a) #   Your tasks ## • Processing of service, commissioning, and maintenance orders • Advising customers on technical questions • Support for the planning and preparation of service technicians' work • Preparation of offers for maintenance work, including refrigeration installations • Management of customer complaints • Collaboration with various interfaces within the company What you bring ## • Basic technical training • Professional experience in the HVAC and/or electrotechnical field • Knowledge of MS Office applications; Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage • Ability to assimilate quickly as well as a structured and autonomous working method • Motivated personality with strong commitment, flexibility, and team spirit • Good oral and written communication skills   Have we aroused your interest?
