Zimmerwald (and home office) \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) What you can contribute to • Lead the IT service of the Actions division in cyberspace and electromagnetic space (ACEM) at the organizational and personnel level, ensure personnel development • Develop IT strategy and service strategy and align them with company goals • Ensure stable, secure, and economical use of TIC platforms and specialized systems, implement BCM guidelines, and ensure adequacy between infrastructure and specialized systems • Plan budgets, manage external partners, and monitor contracts, risks, and quality standards • Collaborate with management, specialized domains, and external partners, and provide them with IT advice <br /> What makes you unique • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, system engineering, or business economics with an IT focus and leadership development • Ideally, several years of experience in personnel management in a technical environment or according to agile principles • Knowledge in the field of software or hardware development, experience in IT architecture • Very good communication skills, excellent conflict management and solution-finding skills • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words Actively participate in shaping the IT landscape in a unique professional environment in Switzerland, crucial for national security; assume responsibilities in an area where technology, personnel management, and operational availability play a decisive role!
