Driver for school transport service

For various routes in the Burgdorf area, we are looking for drivers for the school transport service (Mo-Fr approx. 30 %). Drivers in school transport service (m/f/d) What you will do: As a responsible person, you pick up our young passengers at home and drive them reliably to school and back after school ends. We offer the children and young people, their families, and schools professional care during the entire journey. After completing internal training, the following tasks are part of your area of activity: • You drive the children and young people to school according to the timetable and later back to their place of residence • You enjoy trust, know how to handle it, and react professionally at all times • You are responsible for the cleanliness of the vehicles What you bring with you: A very responsible person with a lot of empathy, reliability, and a hint of humor fits this work and the Betax-Team: • You drive a car routinely and have driver's license BPT122, or are willing to obtain it • You possess empathy and like working with and for young people • You remain calm in hectic situations and react adequately • You speak and understand Swiss German very well and can read and write German Why are you motivated? Your working day starts conveniently from home with the company vehicle and you are on the road independently. Between the school trips, breaks can arise, which you can use flexibly for yourself. During the 13 weeks of school holidays you do not work, 5 of which are paid. You have the possibility to carry out another activity on the side.
