We are currently looking for one of our important clients in construction for a: Construction Team Leader Your tasks • Management and supervision of a team of workers on structural engineering construction sites • Organization and distribution of tasks according to site priorities • Reading plans and monitoring the execution of work • Coordination with the site manager and the various stakeholders on the construction site • Quality control of the work performed and respect for the deadlines provided • Management of equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the site • Active participation in the work when necessary • Strict application and respect for safety rules and current standards • Preparation of daily reports and reporting of information to the site manager Your profile • Training in construction or recognized experience in the field of structural engineering • Proven experience of several years as a team leader or team supervisor on structural engineering sites in Switzerland • Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting • Ability to manage a team and to unite collaborators around the site objectives • Sense of organization, autonomy, and spirit of initiative • Good resistance to stress and ability to make decisions on the ground • Proficiency in French, any other language is an asset • Driving license mandatory Your application If you are ready to take on the challenge and be part of a team that values employees, send us your CV indicating the position for which you are applying.
