Business Controller (all) Are you motivated to support the managing directors of our subsidiaries in the Western region as an engaged sparring partner in controlling? In our growing and forward-looking company, we are looking for a communicative personality for our team. Business Controller (all) Your tasks As a Business Controller, you will support the managing directors of individual subsidiaries of different sizes as a sparring partner and trusted person in financial management. You have a passion for data analysis and the development of recommendations for action based on extensive data points from FIBU, cost accounting, or standardized KPIs. You accompany the monthly project controlling of customer projects and create project evaluations with the managing directors. In addition, you will guide the subsidiaries through the budget process, accompany the half-yearly and yearly closures, and be responsible for preparing the quarterly Business Reviews with the group management. Depending on your experience and personal strengths and preferences, you can take on additional projects. What you bring You have a degree in business administration (uni/FH/HF), a specialist certificate in finance and accounting with controlling further education, or are an expert in accounting and controlling. You have 2-3 years of controlling experience. Initial experiences in the project business (building technology and plant construction) are an advantage. You are a flexible and communicative personality. Your independent, proactive, and innovative way of working characterizes you. You are a team player with high analytical and networked thinking. You have very good Excel skills and are familiar with complex data structures. Experience with BI tools like Power-BI or Tableau is an advantage. Your English is negotiation-secure. Very good German language skills in word and writing are mandatory.
