Team Leader Locksmithing (m/f/d) 100% (work location Birr) This is what you can achieve with us... • Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 3–5 employees in the locksmithing department • Organization, coordination and monitoring of daily workflows • Assembly of components according to drawings and parts lists for the welding work in the team • Active participation in complex welding/assembly work; in the plant, at the customer and on construction sites • Distribution of orders as well as control of quality, quantity and adherence to deadlines in the team • Ensuring production times, delivery dates and quality standards • Reporting to the production management in case of deviations and participation in problem-solving • Technical contact person, as well as interface to the production management, AVOR and quality assurance • Support in the induction, training and further development of team members • Deputizing for the production manager in their absence Why you will succeed... • Completed vocational training as a Konstruktionsschlosser EFZ or Anlagen- und Apparatebauer EFZ, with further training as a Schweissfachmann / IWS • Sound knowledge of common welding processes (TIG, MIG/MAG, welding electrode) • Application of standards and monitoring according to (ISO9001, ISO3834, EN1090, EN15085) • Several years of professional experience in metal construction/locksmithing, with leadership experience • Confident handling of technical drawings and components • Structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working • Assertiveness, teamwork and high social competence • Good communication skills in dealing with employees and superiors What you can look forward to... • A demanding and varied activity. • Good social benefits and employment conditions • Pleasant, modern and friendly working environment • Free parking on the company premises.
