For our properties in the Wil region, we are looking for a HauswartIn / UnterhaltsreinigerIn 100% immediately Area of work: • Management of several properties in the Wil region and surroundings • Maintenance cleaning of stairwells and outdoor areas • Inspection of technical systems • Execution of smaller maintenance work • Performance of window cleaning • Participation in winter service Expectations: • In-depth knowledge and experience in janitorial services (maintenance cleaning) • Good technical knowledge and manual skills are an advantage • Driver's license cat.
