We are looking for someone who strategically leads our social media and performance marketing channels, takes them into their own hands, and manages agencies confidently. In short: someone who does not just talk about good content and strong campaigns, but delivers them. YOUR MISSION Lead & Strategy • You develop and are responsible for the social media and performance marketing strategy across all relevant channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube & Co.). • You define goals, KPIs and budgets – and steer them based on data along ROAS, CAC, conversion and customer lifetime value. • You are the central interface between Brand, E-Commerce, Category Management and the branch world – thought of online and offline. Implementation yourself ("hands-on") • You independently plan, create and optimize campaigns – from the idea through the setup in the Ads Manager to the A/B test. • You develop content concepts and editorial plans that fit our brand and our animal target groups. • You keep an eye on performance, reportings and trends and actively turn the right screws. Managing & coordinating agencies • You lead, brief and coordinate our external agencies and service providers – professionally at eye level and with a clear claim to quality and impact. • You negotiate services, critically check results and ensure that budgets are used efficiently and effectively. • You get the best out of internal and external resources – as an interface that combines tempo and quality. YOUR TASKS • Several years of experience in social media and/or performance marketing – ideally in retail, e-commerce or an agency. • Sound know-how in Paid Social and Paid Search (Meta Ads, Google Ads) as well as in organic social media development. • Confident handling of analytics and tracking tools (e.g. GA4, Meta Business Suite) and a good sense for numbers and their story. • Experience in managing agencies and external partners – You set the direction instead of letting yourself be driven. • A mixture of strategic mind and maker mentality: You think big and implement yourself. • Stylish German and English skills; French skills are a plus. • And most importantly: Genuine enthusiasm for our brand, our customers and of course for animals.
