Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-loving intern with the goal of training as a Gym Assistant Manager (m/f/d) at 100% for our club in Zurich Oerlikon, starting now or by arrangement. Your entry at PureGym In this training role, you will actively participate in the club, learn our processes, and simultaneously be introduced to business management topics. The training takes place in a dual system - in collaboration with our external training partner Online Trainer Lizenz. Online Trainer Lizenz is a certified and state-recognized academy that offers practical and flexible training in the field of fitness and health. (more info at: OTL - Online Trainer Lizenz : Formations certifiées par l'État) The majority of your training will take place directly at the PureGym club, where you will learn the practice from A to Z. Your goal is to progressively take on responsibilities - up to the deputy management of a club. Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities: • You accompany and support our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the premises • You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that all quality requirements regarding safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met • You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments and support your/your Gym Manager in the development and execution of plans so that your club can establish itself in the market • You regularly lead live group fitness classes and assist in the planning and introduction of new class programs What you bring: • You are at least 18 years old • You have excellent knowledge of German and English (at least B2), other languages are a plus • You are interested in economic aspects and are confident in using Excel • You have a strong affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales • You have a great sense of responsibility and are ready to assume deputy gym management tasks in the future • You enjoy contact with customers and like working with people • You are motivated to take on new responsibilities • You are autonomous and like working in a team What we offer you: • A 100% position with one paid training day per week - you work 4 days at the club, 1 day is reserved for your training • PureGym takes over the costs of your school training • Participation in the internal development program to specifically promote your skills • Attractive career prospects after the training • A free membership for you and another person • 25 days of leave on a 100% basis as well as one additional personal day and a flexible distribution of your public holidays • We guarantee a sector-compliant salary and offer other performance-based remuneration • We offer many discounts on our range of products as well as exclusive discounts with our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
