Stiftung FARO accompanies and supports adults with cognitive and/or mental impairments. We are committed to ensuring that people with impairments, especially also people with challenging behavior, obtain a place in society. In two shared living communities in Windisch, 7 young adults with mental impairments live. We are looking for, as of September 2026 or by arrangement, for our Integration Living Groups (IWG) a Social Pedagogue HF / FH 80% ## Our offer This varied and interesting work enables an in-depth engagement with different personalities and needs. A professional environment with internal agogic specialist support and opportunities for further training are very important to us. You have the opportunity to actively shape your daily work routine as well as to contribute and implement your ideas within a small team. Your tasks Together with the head of the shared living community, you are responsible in a two-person team for the design of a needs-oriented and community-oriented living and residential space. You promote and challenge the young adults towards the goal of (re-) integration into society in the areas of living, work, and education. You evaluate the resources, the requirements, and the needs of the young people and allow this to flow into everyday life. You are responsible for correct reporting and are the contact person for authorities, employers, and relatives. You actively participate in the agogic process design and the meeting formats used for this purpose. Your practice-oriented specialist collaboration in projects and cross-departmental working groups is required. Furthermore, you take over and coordinate client- and living-group-related administrative tasks as well as the processing of applications and requests from authorities. The support services take place from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00. Your qualification • Completed training as a Social Pedagogue or as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH • Joy in interdisciplinary and networked cooperation • Experience in working with young people with a mental impairment • Lived social competence, much empathy, and assertiveness • Independent action with mental and physical resilience and a stable personality
