The role… The metrology specialist function contributes decisively to ensuring product quality and the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. As a central contact person for metrological issues, you will ensure precise measurement results with your expertise, support our production and quality assurance, and make an important contribution to maintaining the highest quality standards. How you will make a difference… Creating measurement programs including the associated documentation for tactile and optical coordinate measuring machines (ZEISS, Mitutoyo) Performing measurements on coordinate measuring machines, evaluating, assessing, and documenting the measurement results in PiWeb Optimizing existing measurement and testing procedures as well as coordinating the resulting measurement tasks Developing metrological concepts and defining suitable measurement and testing devices Performing measurement comparisons with CT measurements as well as analyzing and interpreting the differences Creating measurement instructions and training operating personnel What you bring with you… Technical basic training with further training in the field of metrology (e.g., AUKOM Level 2 or similar) Practical experience in 3D coordinate metrology, ideally with ZEISS and/or Mitutoyo measurement systems Ideally experience in the injection molding sector as well as knowledge of the ISO 13485 standard and GMP guidelines Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1) Confident handling of MS Office as well as basic knowledge of statistics Precise, structured, and careful way of working with a strong quality awareness What do we offer?
