Active in building thermics, the section aims to ensure remote management activities (monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of automation organs for nearly 300 heating, ventilation, and cooling installations) and the operation of energy contracting installations of SIL (ice water production sites and heat production sites by geothermal energy). Main mission(s) ### Manage the human resources of your section (7 people) Operate the installations of the Energy Solutions division (SE) Manage contracts and disputes and ensure the invoicing of corresponding services Monitor the financial activity and analyze interventions Provide support to the head of Division SE Organize and participate in the on-call service Profile ### HES Bachelor's degree in engineering in the field of heating or equivalent title Certified team management training 5 years of professional experience in operating technical installations Proven professional experience in team management Knowledge of CVS (heating, ventilation, and sanitation) and MCR (measurement, control, and regulation) techniques Recognized leadership, structured with excellent analytical skills and results-oriented Mastery of SAP and a computer-aided maintenance management tool (GMAO), for example Care Office and MS Office Special conditions ### Driver's license (category B) On-call service (about 4 weeks per year) Reside within 30 minutes of the workplace Workplace ### Chemin de Pierre-de-Plan 6, 1005 Lausanne Salary class ### 10 Entry into function ### Immediately or by agreement Information ### Mr. Cédric Blondel, head of Division SE, 021 315 87 14 Offer ### Please send us your application and usual documents by 24.07.2026 via the online form.
