R&D Cleanroom Technician (M/F)

*Introduction* ## For our Research and Development department, we are looking for an R&D Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the cleanroom as well as the continuous improvement of practices and processes. *Responsibilities* ## • Perform cleanroom operations in the field of microfabrication • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cleanliness, and traceability requirements • Operate process equipment according to defined instructions and recipes • Prepare and handle semiconductor components, consumables, and tooling necessary for testing • Execute microfabrication steps such as cleaning, deposition, photolithography, etching or other processes according to the available equipment • Fill in monitoring documents to guarantee the traceability of operations and enter data into IT tools • Ensure first-level maintenance and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards in the cleanroom *Profile* ## • CFC as a laboratory technician, polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, technologist or training deemed equivalent • ES technician diploma in microtechniques, industrial systems, processes or related field, an asset • HES training in microtechniques, materials, chemistry, applied physics or close discipline, welcome for certain technical profiles • Experience in a cleanroom, in microfabrication, in a semiconductor environment or in a high-tech industrial setting constitutes an advantage • Knowledge of cleanroom working rules, contamination, safety and documentary discipline requirements • Experience or interest in microfabrication processes and the handling of silicon substrates • Knowledge of thin-film processes, photolithography, etching or metrology constitutes a plus • Interest in demanding technological environments and R&D activities *Conclusion* ## We offer you a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, working time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
