Effective communication and presentation to project stakeholders and management/ C-Level. Expand our service offering, integrate market trends and ensure market success with innovative impulses. Identify project opportunities with existing and new customers and expand our customer relationships in the market. Bring existing competencies together in the team, further develop UNITIES in your projects and act as a solid link for the sustainable growth of UNITY. What you bring with you Joy in sharing your consulting expertise with our customers and colleagues* as well as: Several years of consulting and project management experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in a management consultancy. Evidence of successful leadership and implementation of complex transformation projects. Wide-ranging expertise in the aforementioned focus areas. Sound, cross-cutting knowledge in at least 2-3 of our focus industries such as mechanical and plant engineering, trade & logistics, maintenance service providers (MRO) or defense and regarding current challenges and industry trends. Analytical problem-solving competence with high result orientation, initiative, desire to shape, as well as curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit. Convincing appearance through outstanding communication and presentation skills at all corporate levels (English/German C1 - other languages desirable). Excellent teamwork skills, social competence, strong listening and communication skills as well as the will to constantly develop oneself and others.
