Call Agent Inbound ===================== Your activities -------------- • Processing inquiries regarding the customer loyalty program as well as providing general information • Receiving and processing inquiries via the infoline, the helpdesk and technical support • Receiving, processing and following up on complaints in compliance with service and quality standards • Recording and passing on relevant information to the responsible departments Your profile ---------- • Commercial profile, completed vocational training as well as at least 1 year of office experience after training • Fluent Swiss German, ideally good French skills • Languages are an advantage: English, Italian • Flexible deployment possibilities • Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge • Good understanding of telecommunications • Working hours: Mo -- Fr 08:00 -- 19:00 and Sa 08:00 -- 16:00 We offer ---------- • Responsible task in an operating company • Collegial working environment with flat hierarchies • Intensive training (2 weeks at 100%) with full salary • Development opportunities in the telecommunications industry • Attractive benefits and further training opportunities • Working from home possible by arrangement
