We are looking for a profile that is comfortable both with customers and sales as well as with digital and marketing tools. Your mission ### You will be required to participate in different commercial and marketing activities: • Welcoming, advising and following up with customers • Sale of professional and industrial products • Management of customer requests by telephone and by e-mail • Follow-up of offers and orders • Management and updating of the WordPress website • Adding, modifying and updating products online • Optimization of natural referencing (SEO) • Creation and sending of newsletters with Mailchimp • Use and management of CRM tools, notably Bexio • Participation in various marketing and commercial actions • Administrative tasks related to the activity • Collaboration in the development of the digital and commercial presence of ECOCUBE Your profile ### We are looking for a person who possesses: • Proven experience in sales and commerce • Excellent ease with customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone • Experience in managing a website, ideally with WordPress • Knowledge in referencing / SEO • A good mastery of computer and digital tools • Ease with marketing and CRM tools, notably Bexio • Experience with Mailchimp for the creation and sending of newsletters • An excellent sense of organization • Versatility and a capacity to manage different tasks • Assiduity and punctuality • Very good interpersonal skills • Autonomy, motivation and a spirit of initiative Other skills or experiences are naturally welcome!
