Telesales Representative

Telesales Representative, 40%, teleworking Tacelo develops custom business software for SMEs and artisans in French-speaking Switzerland. Concretely: we replace binders, Excel spreadsheets, and double entries with software made for their profession. Our clients are garages, carpenters, transporters, landscapers. We are looking for two people for appointment setting by telephone. What you do You call companies from our lists, you speak to the boss, and you secure an appointment. That's it. You sell nothing, you negotiate no prices, you do no demonstrations. The appointment is then taken over by our sales team. You work from home, with our calling software, in slots from 9h to 11h30 and from 14h to 16h30. Approximately 16 hours per week, distributed according to your organization. What we ask No diploma. Truly none. What matters is that you have already handled rejection on the phone or face-to-face, in sales, at a stand, in brokerage, in prospecting, it doesn't matter. Impeccable spoken French is required, a quiet place to call, and a correct connection. For one of the two positions, perfectly bilingual German is indispensable, as we are opening the German-speaking Swiss market. What we offer Monthly fixed salary plus commission on each honored appointment and on each concluded sale. Swiss contract, social security contributions and LAA paid by us. Two weeks of paid trial. If it works on both sides, we move to a CDD then to a CDI. You are trained by us: script, arguments, handling objections. We do not throw you into the void with a list of numbers.
