For the Hönggerberg location, we are looking for a Building Technician HLKKS (m/f/d) in the building area HP, effective immediately or by arrangement. Job Description ## In this versatile and responsible position, together with your team, you will ensure that all HLKKS systems are operated without disruption, safely, and energy-efficiently. You will take over the planning, prioritization, and implementation of maintenance and repair measures, thereby ensuring that all technical systems function reliably at all times. You coordinate external service providers, accompany their assignments, monitor the quality of the work, and ensure that maintenance contracts are adhered to. The planning, procurement, and management of replacement and reserve material is also your responsibility. With your technical know-how, you drive ongoing operational optimizations: You analyze processes, control and regulation systems, identify potential for improvement, and implement measures on your own initiative. During commissioning and acceptance of new as well as existing systems, you contribute your HLKKSE expertise and ensure their safe and efficient operation. During construction work, you represent the building technology requirements, coordinate interfaces, work closely with project teams, and participate in construction meetings, interim inspections, and HLKKS acceptances. In quality management, you ensure compliance with internal standards, record and maintain system data in GMIS/Planon, and actively initiate improvements. Furthermore, you take on on-call duties such as daily on-call for the building area HP and, if required, 24/7 on-call at Hönggerberg. You are also a central person in the area of safety: You ensure personal and operational safety, supervise security areas, react to alarms, and support the BMA and EVAK teams. In short: You are a supporting pillar of smooth, safe, and modern building operations - technically skilled, responsible, and with a view of the whole. Profile ## • A completed HLKKSE training as well as further training in maintenance or an equivalent qualification such as ventilation, heating, refrigeration, sanitary service technician, commissioning specialist, or control technician, always with very good hydraulics know-how. • At least 10 years of experience as a service technician, in operations, in maintenance, and in troubleshooting complex building technology systems. • Sound technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to assess and specifically improve processes, control strategies, and system behavior. • Organizational skill, flexibility, and experience in dealing with various target groups - from technical specialists to external partners. • Careful, structured way of working and readiness to systematically maintain and further develop operational and system data. • Sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to act calmly and professionally in safety-relevant situations. • High teamwork ability, clear and level-appropriate communication, solution-oriented way of working, and enjoyment of an academically demanding environment. • Good MS-Office and CAFM knowledge, as well as very good German and good English skills.
