As a GARAIO REM Specialist, you play an extremely important role in making our customers, the real estate management companies throughout Switzerland, happy. And who understands the needs of the industry better than you? You help us to further develop the GARAIO REM software as well as our services (owner portal, tenant services etc.) through the eyes of a management professional. In close cooperation with our internal specialists, you check 3rd-level support requests, error messages, and requests for enhancements, assist in the prioritization of these topics, and communicate your decisions to our customers. You also take responsibility for the identification, specification, and testing of new developments and thus contribute a large part to further developing the most important work tool in the real estate industry.
