As part of the development of our Technology Department: ### YOUR MISSION: ### • Manage and master the main business tool Microsoft Dynamics 365 for sales (CRM My SIR). • Evolve the tool by integrating artificial intelligence and complementary modules. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper developments. • Guarantee that the final product meets user expectations. • Maximize the efficiency of brokers and improve the customer experience. Artificial intelligence: • Identify and develop functionalities suitable for AI. • Identify automation opportunities and simplify tasks, especially administrative ones. • Integrate AI into the various customer journeys. • Implement more high-performance indicators. Definition of product strategy: • Identify the needs of customers, both internal and external. • Define the vision and priorities of the CRM. Optimization of the sales process: • Analyze and improve processes related to prospecting, property estimation, taking mandates, marketing, managing buyers, and following transactions until signature. Management of business tools: • Drive the evolution of the CRM. • Supervise integrations with Microsoft or third-party modules. • Optimize and/or develop commercial management dashboards. • Ensure data quality and consistency. Management of the product backlog: • Collect and understand user needs. • Write functional specifications and user stories. • Prioritize developments according to their business value. • Validate deliverables and coordinate production releases. Change management: • Train and support users during the deployment of new tools or processes. • Promote the adoption of digital best practices within the company. SOUGHT SKILLS: ### Profession: ### • Good understanding of real estate brokerage and the sales process. • Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies, AI = a plus. • Ability to transform business needs into concrete solutions. • Aptitude to identify optimization levers. • Good understanding of the agile method and technical aspects. Personal qualities: ### • Autonomous in project and team management. • Ability to question. • Sense of organization and priorities. • Stress management and handling work peaks. • Entrepreneurial and analytical spirit. • Results orientation and continuous improvement. • Ability to work with interlocutors of varied profiles. Your profile: ### • Higher education in project management, information systems, IT, digital marketing, or an equivalent field. • Excellent technical skills and good understanding of the agile method. • 3 to 7 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role. • Experience in real estate brokerage or real estate services is a significant asset. • Perfect mastery of French.
