Senior Energy Manager This is what you can achieve with us. *You continuously maintain, monitor, and further develop our energy management platform. *You analyze, plausibility-check, and interpret energy and consumption data and derive optimization potentials from them. *You ensure high data quality and develop meaningful reports and evaluations. *You analyze malfunctions, optimize systems sustainably, and support the assurance of smooth operation. *You coordinate the interfaces to technical systems such as building automation, measuring systems, and other plants. *You are responsible for energy management solutions from conception to successful implementation and operation. *You identify energy saving potentials for our customers and implement optimization measures in a targeted manner. *You accompany energy and sustainability certifications and support our customers in their introduction and compliance. *You take on the technical leadership and coordination of project participants. *You lead sub-projects and manage external partners. *You further develop standards and best practices in energy management as well as in the field of certifications. What sets you apart. *You have a sound basic electrical training. *You have further educated yourself as a technician HF/FH or engineer FH in electrical engineering, energy & environment, automation, or a comparable specialization. *You bring several years of experience in energy management. *You have practical experience with energy management software (e.g., e3m or comparable solutions). *You have demonstrable experience in the energy optimization of buildings and technical systems. *You know relevant certification systems such as UZV, REIDA, GRESB, or comparable standards. *You have sound knowledge in the analysis and processing of large amounts of data. *You understand the technical relationships of energy, building, and system components (HVAC, measuring concepts, and interfaces). *Experience in building automation is a plus. *You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage. Other languages are welcome.
