You will become part of a well-coordinated team of around 40 colleagues and take over an existing client portfolio with plenty of freedom for your own path. Share What awaits you? ## • You manage your own client portfolio • You provide holistic support to commercial clients with a focus on financing, as well as in the topics of investing and payments • You recognize opportunities early and provide orientation in important decision-making phases • You actively participate in market development and represent the bank in the region • You ensure that ideas become concrete deals • You provide support for your client book, from preparation to follow-up What do you bring with you? ## • Very good, sound know-how in the credit business • Completed banking training with further training in the financial sector • Experience in corporate client business with a focus on real estate financing, ideally with your own portfolio • A sense for people and their needs • Joy in taking on responsibility and driving things forward • An uncomplicated, sympathetic manner and the desire to actively contribute your ideas
