What you will do: Preparation of group reporting as well as the financial part of the annual and semi-annual report according to IFRS and OR Participation in other group-wide reports, in particular the remuneration report and corporate governance report Professional support for international subsidiaries and corporate functions regarding accounting, valuation, documentation, and reporting issues Analysis of new or changed IFRS requirements as well as coordination of the group-wide implementation Central contact person for the auditing body at the group level in relation to IFRS, IKS, and the audit of the annual report Coordination and support of external audits at the group and individual financial statement level as well as preparation of audit-relevant documentation Support of M&A transactions, in particular for VR applications, financial due diligence, and company valuations Driving the standardization, automation, and continuous optimization of reporting and closing processes What you bring: You have a degree as an eidg. Dipl.
