Team Leader Warehouse System Management (m/w/d)

As Team Leader Warehouse System Management, you will take over the strategic further development, standardization, and system-based mapping of all warehouse and intralogistics processes across all logistics locations. In this central function, you will lead the WSM team and actively shape the cross-site warehouse strategy. You will play a key role in its implementation and ensure that all logistical processes, from goods receipt to delivery of finished turbochargers, function efficiently, stably, and in accordance with the requirements of all stakeholders. In this role, you will report to the Head of SCM-Quality and Intralogistics. Main tasks: Technical and disciplinary leadership of the central WSM team Prioritization and control of tasks, initiatives, and projects Ensuring uniform processes, standards, and system solutions across all locations Co-design and implementation of the cross-site warehouse strategy End-to-end responsibility for warehouse and intralogistics processes Analysis of material flows, capacities, bottlenecks, and growth requirements Ensuring a smooth logistical process from goods receipt to delivery Responsibility for the systemic mapping of processes in SAP (WM/EWM) Additional tasks: Coaching, further development, and qualification planning of employees Definition and further development of warehouse structures, concepts, and strategies Continuous optimization of existing processes Design and optimization of warehouse layouts and material flows Harmonization of processes and standards between locations Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. production and assembly) Creation, maintenance, and further development of process documentation and standards Participation in strategic system projects (especially EWM) Your profile: Studies in the field of logistics/SCM, industrial engineering or comparable Several years of experience in the field of warehouse and intralogistics Very good SAP WM/EWM knowledge Experience in process standardization across multiple locations Leadership experience and project management know-how Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Communication strength, assertiveness, and team ability Very good German and English language skills Your benefits: Canteen Nursery Modern office space, smart working Flexible working time models Attractive holiday regulations Home office options (function-dependent) Employee Assistance Program Company social counseling We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
