Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make <br /> • Be responsible for projects focused on the subsequent registration of data concerning surfaces and properties, as well as ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data • Develop and test technical bases, processes, and organizational structures for digital transformation • Elaborate and transmit bases and directives for lifecycle data management, in particular for the BIM method • Be responsible for coordinating and implementing BIM projects in close collaboration with project teams <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • University degree in architecture, civil engineering, domotics, or a related field of study; experience or qualifications in the field of digitization in the construction industry • Construction-phase-oriented approach; professional experience as a coordinator and mediator for digital construction modeling; in-depth knowledge of Swiss construction industry standards and guidelines as well as change management skills • Assertiveness; consulting, negotiating, communication, and relational skills • Good knowledge of two official languages and English <br /> In summary You will be able to use your experience with the BIM method to develop innovative solutions for the digital and sustainable transformation of the construction industry.
