For our client, we are looking for a responsible, careful, and flexible personality as a Production Employee in 4-shift operation 100% (f/m/d) Your tasks: • Careful manufacturing: Production of our food products while complying with high hygiene and quality standards. • Precise filling: Reliable filling and packaging of the products with attention to detail. • Responsibility for cleanliness: Conscientious cleaning of the equipment for a well-maintained working environment. Qualifications • Experience & quality awareness: Ideally experience in production or the food industry as well as an exact way of working. • Sensitivity & dexterity: A steady hand and a lot of tact when dealing with sensitive products. • Endurance & energy: Physical fitness and enjoyment of active, careful hands-on work. • Team spirit & language: Very good German skills for daily, respectful exchange within the team. • Flexibility: Own car and the readiness to work flexibly in 4-shift operation.
