Receptionist Work location Basel Workload 100 % Start date 1. October 2026 What awaits you • You ensure a professional and warm reception of customers, guests, and visitors -- from greeting to farewell • You ensure smooth reception operations and are the first point of contact for all inquiries (on-site, by telephone, and via e-mail/ticket tools) • You undertake versatile administrative tasks, incl. mail processing, data maintenance, as well as invoice processing. You coordinate facility services (e.g., ticketing, SLA controls, supplier and maintenance management) and act as a hub between internal and external contact persons • You organize and support events, meetings, and catering (incl. room preparation and bookings) • You are responsible for topics surrounding security and infrastructure (badges, access management, alarm system, evacuation \& first aid material) What you bring with you • Completed commercial training or training in the service/hotel industry sector • Several years of professional experience at a reception, in office management, or in a comparable function • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, additional languages are an advantage • Strong service orientation as well as a professional and winning appearance • Organizational talent, high level of independence, and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations • Confident handling of MS Office as well as enjoyment of coordination, communication, and versatile tasks Ready for us?
